About Carolina’s

Cuban food built around comfort and tradition.

Our cafe is focused on dishes that feel familiar, generous, and full of the flavors that define everyday Cuban cooking.

A menu rooted in Cuban staples.

At Carolina’s Cuban Cafe, the food starts with combinations that have earned their place at Cuban tables for generations: roast pork, shredded beef, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, yellow mustard, rice, black beans, sweet plantains, garlic, citrus, and coffee.

Rather than overcomplicate those foundations, the menu keeps the focus on balance and comfort. A pressed sandwich should be crisp outside and savory inside. Roast pork should carry bright citrus and garlic. Ropa vieja should be tender, rich, and satisfying. Plantains should bring either sweetness or crunch depending on the dish. And coffee should be bold enough to end the meal on its own.
